This page sets out the terms and conditions on which we supply the goods listed on our website to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any goods. You should understand that by ordering from this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change our terms & conditions of business without notice.
DELIVERY CHARGES
- Mainland UK: £3.95 (FREE delivery for orders over £25).
- Scottish Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel islands and Northern Ireland: £7.95 (FREE delivery for orders over £40).
- Republic of Ireland: £7.95 (FREE delivery for orders over £40).
- Most of mainland Europe: £14.95 (FREE delivery for orders over £80).
- We also offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £5 within the Charlton Kings area of Cheltenham.
DELIVERY TIMES
- Mainland UK: 2 to 5 working days.
- Scottish Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel islands and Northern Ireland: 3 to 10 working days.
- Republic of Ireland: 3 to 10 working days.
- Most of mainland Europe: 7 to 10 working days.
- No deliveries on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed and sent out on the next working day.
- We will send an email confirming delivery of your order.
- You must notify us of non-delivery of your order within 7 days.
- While every effort is made to deliver within the time period specified, we shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise from not receiving the order on a specified day.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you are completely satisfied every time you shop with us. However, in the event that you need to return items, here is our returns policy:
- Any Goods which you believe are defective must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Please contact us before returning the items.
- You will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund of the item cost plus original delivery cost, if the returned item was the only item on the order.
- If you have provided an incomplete or incorrect address and we are unable to deliver the goods, or if you do not accept the delivery for any reason, responsibility for the goods will pass to you, and so also will any costs incurred in returning the goods to you or to us.
- We recommend using recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
- Items must be packaged so that they are not damaged on the return delivery to us.
- Returns are sent at your own expense.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Customers can pay for their purchases via our website using our secure PayPal facility. Cheques, postal orders and bankers drafts should be made payable to Roisin Barrett and posted to the address below. Please note that goods will not be sent out until the payment has cleared.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Information is used solely to process any orders you place, and is not passed on to or sold to any third parties. The security of your information is very important to us. Therefore certain sections of the site, once logged in, will encrypt data using the most secure form of encryption currently available. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure. As a result, whilst we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information which you send to us, and you do so at your own risk.
PRICING
All prices exclude VAT. We do not charge VAT to our customers.
PRODUCTS
- Whilst every effort is made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as our photographic processes will allow. Slight variations can also be dependant on calibration of individual screens.
- For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Please note – Most of our jewellery is imitation, unless otherwise stated. Imitation jewellery can go off colour, especially metal based jewellery. Time for discoloration will depend on their use and the environment in which they are worn or stored. We are unable to credit you for goods that have discoloured.
CUSTOMS
When ordering goods from the website for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from the website, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
